Everyone’s skin is different. Product results may vary from person to person. We recommend reviewing all ingredient information before purchase and patch-testing products before full use.

If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately.

We do our best to display product descriptions, ingredients, images, colours, sizes, prices, and availability as accurately as possible.

However, we cannot guarantee that your device screen will display product colours or textures exactly as they appear in person.

Product packaging, ingredients, pricing, and availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to update, discontinue, limit, or modify any product at any time.

4. Orders

When you place an order through our website, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, and contact information.

After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order, but it does not guarantee acceptance of the order.

If your order is cancelled after payment has been processed, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, product information errors, or availability errors at any time, including after an order has been submitted.

Payment must be completed at checkout using one of the payment methods available on our website.

You agree not to make unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes for valid purchases. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us first at info@jeopublishing.com so we can review the matter.

6. Taxes

Applicable taxes will be calculated and charged at checkout where required by law.

You are responsible for any taxes, duties, customs fees, import charges, or other fees that may apply to your order based on your shipping location.

7. Shipping & Delivery

We will make reasonable efforts to process and ship orders in a timely manner.

Shipping timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs processing, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, returned, or delivered incorrectly due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to pick up, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.

8. Returns & Refunds

Because our products are beauty, skincare, makeup, soap, and personal-care items, our return and refund rules are strict for hygiene and safety reasons.

All purchases are final sale once shipped.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on products that have been opened, used, tested, unsealed, or removed from their original packaging.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@jeopublishing.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos.

Approved claims may be eligible for a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation and product availability.

9. Cancellations

We may be able to cancel your order if it has not yet been processed, packed, or shipped.

Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

10. Promotions, Discounts & Gift Cards

Promotional codes, discounts, and special offers may be subject to additional terms, expiration dates, product exclusions, or usage limits.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without notice.

Promotional codes cannot be applied retroactively to previous orders.

Gift cards are final sale and are not refundable unless required by law.
