Return & Refund Policy

At PAPA, we want every order to arrive exactly as intended. Because our products are beauty, skincare, and personal-care items, we follow strict hygiene and safety standards.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of beauty and skincare products, all purchases are final sale once shipped.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on products that have been opened, used, tested, unsealed, or removed from their original packaging.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Skincare products

  • Makeup products

  • Soaps and personal-care items

  • Sale or promotional items

  • Gift cards

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review the issue.

Please email us at info@jeopublishing.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item

  • Photos of the packaging, if applicable

If your claim is approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund to the original payment method, depending on the situation and product availability.

Opened or Used Products

We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for products that have been opened or used, including products that were purchased by mistake or products you no longer want after opening.

Because skincare and makeup are personal-use products, we are unable to resell or restock opened items.

Skin Reactions or Sensitivities

Everyone’s skin is different. We recommend reviewing the ingredient list before purchasing and patch-testing products before full use.

If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately.

Skin reactions, sensitivities, allergies, scent preferences, texture preferences, or results that vary from person to person do not qualify for a return or refund once the product has been opened or used.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@jeopublishing.com.

We may be able to cancel your order if it has not yet been processed, packed, or shipped. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, returned, or delivered incorrectly due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to pick up, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Final Decision

PAPA reserves the right to refuse any return, refund, or exchange request that does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
