Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with PAPA.
This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, fulfilled, and delivered through our online store.
Order Processing
PAPA products are made, packed, and shipped through our Canadian fulfillment partner.
Because our beauty, skincare, makeup, soap, and personal-care products may be prepared and fulfilled after an order is placed, please allow approximately 2–3 business days for order processing before shipment.
Processing times do not include weekends, holidays, or carrier transit time.
During busy periods, product launches, holidays, promotional events, or carrier delays, processing and delivery times may be longer.
Shipping Origin
Orders are fulfilled from Canada.
Depending on your location, your order may be shipped using Canada Post, UPS, USPS, ChitChats, or another available shipping carrier.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location, order size, package weight, and available carrier options.
Any available free shipping offers, promotional shipping rates, or flat-rate shipping options will be shown at checkout when applicable.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Estimated delivery after processing:
- Canada: approximately 2–7 business days
- United States: approximately 3–7 business days
- International orders: approximately 7–22 business days, depending on destination, carrier, customs, and local delivery conditions
Some shipping options may arrive faster depending on the carrier and service selected at checkout.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after your shipping label has been created.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
PAPA is not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, returned, or delivered incorrectly due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at info@jeopublishing.com.
We may be able to update the address if the order has not yet been processed, packed, or shipped. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we cannot guarantee that address changes can be made.
Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal, or failure to pick up the package, we may contact you to arrange reshipment.
Additional shipping fees may apply.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is controlled by the carrier.
PAPA is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, customs processing, holidays, service interruptions, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside of our control.
If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with neighbours, building management, concierge, parcel lockers, or your local carrier before contacting us.
If you believe your package is lost or stolen, please contact us at info@jeopublishing.com with your order number so we can review the situation.
International Orders
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges required by the destination country.
These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping rates unless clearly stated at checkout.
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges that may apply.
PAPA is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or local import requirements.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@jeopublishing.com.
We may be able to update or cancel your order if it has not yet been processed, packed, or shipped.
Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
Multiple Shipments
Depending on product availability and fulfillment requirements, items in the same order may occasionally ship separately.
If your order ships in multiple packages, you may receive more than one tracking number.
